Capstone Wins IT Sustainment Task Order to Support Navy Bureau of Personnel and Navy Personnel Command
December 12, 2019 Capstone wins task order award to provide information technology sustainment services in support of the Navy Bureau of Personnel/Navy Personnel Command
Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Contracting Officer awarded a competitive task order under the Technical Support Services for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Transformation Services Contract to Capstone Corporation to provide services in support of the Navy’s Bureau of Personnel (BUPERS) and Navy Personnel Command’s (NPC) Force Management (FM) and the MyNavyHR Enterprise. Specifically, Capstone will sustain and maintain the IT systems, services, databases, and technologies that support or enable the BUPERS/NPC FM mission.

We look forward to maintaining and enhancing the IT capabilities of BUPERS/NPC to provide a more robust FM capability in the future.”
The award was made under the Technical Support Services (TSS) for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Enterprise contract, a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract which provides information technology services and solutions for the Navy’s MPT&E Enterprise.
