Capstone Awarded Prime Contract to Support the Joint Personnel Effects Depot in Dover, Delaware

On June 24, the Army announced the award of a prime contract to Capstone Corporation to provide joint personnel effects services in support of the Joint Personnel Effects Depot in Dover, Delaware. This extremely sensitive contract requires Capstone to receive and prepare the personnel property of U.S. servicemen, servicewomen, and civilians killed, wounded, or missing in operations around the globe for shipment to their next of kin or designated personnel.

Capstone is honored to support this effort, as we believe it allows us to play a significant role in support of family members and friends affected by these tragedies, and perform with the highest level of respect and dignity both our killed and wounded family members and friends deserve. Mike Harris, Director of Technical and Administrative Services, will manage this contract.
