Capstone Awarded New Task Order to Provide Commander, Navy Installations Command Air and Port Operations Technical Support

On May 13, 2011, the Navy announced award of a new competitive task order under the Commander, Navy Installations Command Program Management Assistance Services contract to support port and air operations. Specifically, Capstone will conduct analysis of air and port operations mission requirements, alternatives for filling the requirements, and the costs/benefits of the alternatives through the use of operations research modeling, simulation and group decision conferencing techniques. Kim Baumgartner, Director, Fed/DOD Operations will serve as the Project Manager for this task. Andy Frick, Director, Maritime Operations, will manage the task.
