Thomas D. Madison co-owns Capstone Corporation and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. During Mr. Madison’s tenure with Capstone, the company has grown from $6M to over $72M in annual revenue, had sustained profitability and become debt-free.

Mr. Madison has held previous executive positions with Systems Integration and Research Incorporated (SIR). During his seven year tenure at SIR, Mr. Madison became co-owner and served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Madison has over twenty five years of contracts experience providing professional service support to the government. He also has thirty years service (active and reserve) within the Navy Supply Corps, retiring at the rank of Captain.

Mr. Madison was a member of Navy ROTC and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in May 1979. He earned his Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology in May 1986.

Mr. Madison is a private pilot and likes to scuba dive. He is married to Andree Dumermuth- Madison and has three sons. Within the local community, he serves as his youngest son’s Co- Den Leader in the Cub Scouts and is an active committee member for his older son’s Boy Scout Troop. He and his family reside in Alexandria, Virginia.
