Capstone to Continue CNIC 24/7/365 Watchstander Support

August 8, 2017 Capstone Wins Task Order Award to Continue Support for the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Emergency Management Division

Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Contracting Officer awarded a competitive task order to Capstone Corporation to continue providing planning and watchstanding support for the Emergency Management Division. Capstone will provide Watchstanders to conduct 24/7/365 situational awareness in the Shore Enterprise Operations Center; facilitate and support various working groups and policy boards; develop emergency management policy and procedures; provide functional support in the daily management of the Commands’ Command, Control, Communications, and Computers suite of tools that support emergency management; and support the Navy Emergency Management Liaison Program and the Navy Dispatch Center Program.

Capstone Senior Vice President John McNally comments, “We are honored to be awarded this contract to continue our support to CNIC. This award shows the Navy’s value of Capstone’s ability to provide emergency management technical and functional expertise to support CNIC Region and Installation Security and Emergency Management personnel.”

The award was made under the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Program Management Oversight Services (PMOS) contract, a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract which provides Omnibus services and solutions across the CNIC enterprise.
