Bill Moore is the founder and principal owner of Capstone Corporation. He founded the company in 1986 as a part-time information technology consulting company. He has provided strategic leadership in Capstone for over 26 years, resulting in steady growth from revenues under $100,000 a year to revenues over $90 Million in 2010.

Thomas D. Madison

Thomas D. Madison co-owns Capstone Corporation and serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. During Mr. Madison’s tenure with Capstone, the company has grown from $6M to over $90M in annual revenues and has also had sustained profitability and become debt-free.

John J. McNally III

John J. McNally III has served as the Capstone Senior Vice President-Enterprise Growth since April 13, 2009. Prior to assuming this role, he served as the Director of Regional Operations for the Tidewater Region for two years, and as an officer in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel.

Director, Education and Training Programs

Chess Harris

Chess Harris serves as the Director, Education and Training Programs and leads the development of training solutions to support combatant command, Service, reserve component and local government readiness and emergency preparedness requirements. He joined Capstone in 2010, after managing US and international military education, training and exercise programs.

Senior Vice President,
Military Civil Operations

Sheila K. Andahazy

Ms. Andahazy is the Senior Vice President for the Military Civil Operations within the Capstone Corporation. In her current position she is responsible for providing Command and Control Operations Support; Strategic, Operational and Tactical Planning Technical Services; Training and Exercise Support; and Emergency Response/Civil Operations Support to Federal and Department of Defense agencies. She manages a business base with over 170 employees spread across the United States and Europe/Asia. Prior to joining Capstone, Ms. Andahazy was the Vice President of the Defense Group Enterprise Integrated Services business unit at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Before CSC, her career included holding a number of positions in other companies that provided her a comprehensive mix of technical, financial and general management experiences across the Federal Government and specifically the United States Army. Prior to joining private industry, she served as an Army Civilian Computer Systems Specialist providing large-scale systems engineering, testing and fielding of Army personnel systems.

   

Director, Land & Joint Operations

Mike Hawrylak

Mike Hawrylak assumed duties as the Director, Land and Joint Operations, Military/Civil Operations in June 2009. He originally joined Capstone Corporation in March 2005 to serve as the Program Manager for Capstone's contract support First U.S. Army. Prior to joining Capstone Corporation, Mike served as an Infantry Officer for 30 years in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel. Mike has significant command, operations, and planning expertise gained from serving as a Battalion Commander, G-3 (Operations Officer) for both Third and Eight U.S. Armies, and as the Chief of Plans for U.S. Central Command during our current war.

   

Director, Maritime Operations

Andrew P. Frick

Andy Frick assumed duties as the Director, Maritime Operations in October 2009 and is responsible for 125+ employees supporting the Commander Navy Installations Command worldwide. During his 30-year military career, Mr. Frick demonstrated ability as an outstanding manager with extensive experience in joint, combined and interagency operations ranging from combat to humanitarian assistance. While serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Frick commanded a 2,300-member, special operations capable Marine Expeditionary Unit that he successfully trained and deployed for combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq and peacekeeping operations in Liberia.

   

Chris Bahret

Senior Director, Enterprise Systems Solutions

Chris Bahret

Chris Bahret was named senior director of business development for Capstone Corporation’s Enterprise Systems Solutions (ESS) Business Unit in October 2011. In this role, he spearheads ESS capture strategy for new business within federal civilian agencies. Chris brings more than 20 years of business development, program management, operations and leadership in the federal business sector.

Darrel Purdy

Darrel Purdy, who is currently the Operations Manager of Enterprise Technical Solutions, joined Capstone Corporation in June 2009 as Deputy Director of Enterprise Technical Solutions. He brings with him over 30 years of Defense Department and Information Technology (IT) experience including Program Management, Project Management, and Capture Management. As Operations Manager, his responsibilities include Program Management, Operations Management, and the business expansion of Capstone Corporation's IT solutions and services business.

Dave Moretti

Director, Mission Systems

Dave Moretti

David Moretti joined Capstone Corporation in October 2006 in support of the Joint Training Program at the Joint Warfighting Center. In March 2010 he was promoted to Deputy Director, Mission Systems Division and assumed the duties of Operations Manager in February 2011. In January 2013 he was promoted to Director, Mission Systems Division. In his current role he is responsible for managing contracts that provide technical, analytical, training and professional services throughout the Joint Staff, Air Force, USTRANSCOM and NATO.
