Thomas D. Madison co-owns Capstone Corporation and has been Vice President and Chief Operations Officer since joining the company in January 1998. During Mr. Madison’s tenure with Capstone, the company has grown from $6M to over $72M in annual revenue and has also had sustained profitability and become debt-free.

John J McNally III has served as the Capstone Vice President Enterprise Growth since December 2003. Prior to assuming this role, he served as the Director of Regional Operations for the Tidewater Region for two years, and as an officer in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel.

Don McMillian assumed duties as the Vice President, Military/Civil Operations for Capstone Corporation in August 2004 and is an excellent example of Capstone Corporation’s desire to promote from within the company. As Vice President of Military/Civil Operations, his responsibilities include the business expansion of Capstone Corporation’s Civil and Military Operations sector. Don is responsible for 220+ employees supporting contracts involving technical and professional services for the Commander Navy Installation Command, First Army, National Guard Bureau, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Defense – Homeland Defense, Defense Intelligence Agency, Air Force District of Washington, and US Northern Command.

Ron Costella joined Capstone in May 2009 as Vice President, Enterprise Systems Support. His responsibilities include the business expansion of Capstone Corporation’s Missions Systems Support and Enterprise Technical Solutions sectors. Ron is responsible for approximately 200 employees supporting contracts involving mission support for varied business areas and contracts involving technical and professional services, information technology, software solutions, and enterprise level services for the Departments of the Army, Navy, Energy, the National Archives and Records Administration, U.S. Joint Forces Command, and NATO’s US-based headquarters, Supreme Allied Command-Transformation.

Robert J. Brich has shown leadership throughout his career of 30 plus years both as a Navy fighter pilot and a seasoned business executive. He joined the Capstone Corporation in June of 2004 as the Director of the Tidewater Regional Service Center. In this position, his responsibilities include the operations and business expansion for a significant sector of the company’s business. He spearheads the growth, development, and performance of varied business areas and contracts involving technical and professional services for the Joint Forces Command, Army, Navy and Air Force.

Ralph L. Volk assumed duties as the Director for Enterprise Technical Solutions for Capstone Corporation in December 2006.  He brings with him over 27 years of defense services and IT services experience working with various Department of Defense commands, numerous Federal and Civil Agencies, and commercial IT customers. This experience has been gained through a senior management career in both large Defense Contractors and small IT services companies to combine an understanding of the best of customer sensitive responsiveness and the efficiency of large scale quality processes. As Director, his responsibilities include the business expansion of Capstone Corporation’s enterprise information technology solutions and services business. Ralph is currently responsible for contracts involving information technology, software solutions, and enterprise level services for the Departments of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Homeland Security.
