Our current goal is to move our Company to the next level of capability and financial strength through organic and external growth. We will identify positive conditions for our expansion and utilize influential contacts that can assist us in our efforts. Specifically, in 2009, we will work to profitably achieve 70 million dollars in revenue. We will grow a minimum of 15% within each Division of our Business Units (Military/Civil Operations and Enterprise Systems Support) and achieve a minimum of 6% net profit from existing efforts and with new clients.

Our strategy depends on providing, and constantly improving, responsive and superior performance to our clients and taking exemplary care of our employees. We will establish and maintain influential relationships with both our clients and employees that will help achieve their goals and enrich their endeavors from initial contact through contract completion. To achieve our goals, we will emphasize four primary activities:

  1. Working to consistently improve and enrich our contract performance and our support of each client’s success;
  2. Working to involve every employee in retaining, extending or transforming our existing contract work;
  3. Focusing on refining and increasing our ability to compete for, and win, new contractual work at the Corporate, Business Unit and Divisional levels;
  4. Improving our capacity to recognize and consummate opportunities for alliances and acquisitions, particularly those with real potential for reciprocity.

Major initiatives to support our activities will include:

  • Implementation of even more robust and expanded employee rewards and recognition programs
  • Improved, meaningful communication flow at the management, supervisory and customer-facing levels
  • Introduction of new or refined processes and systems built on the company’s core values and addressing our operational and regulatory requirements
  • Renewed attention to insuring quality customer and marketplace contacts at every level and touch point of our service model.
